Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days with the majority being shipped within the first business day.
Shipping charges are calculated by the order amount you have placed. We bill according to UPS's most current rates.
Shipping & Handling fee stated on your initial order are for customers located in the 48 contiguous states. There will be extra charge for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or internalational address. Our customer representative will contact you within 24 hours for freight quote.

You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order and request a return authorization number from our Customer Service Department.

There is a RE-STOCKING FEE on the full item price on all returns of 15%. Credit will be issued only if the merchandise is received in unopened and undamaged condition (remember you need a return authorization number). Sorry, freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
